Im going to go out on a limb and say Halo 3! Halo 2 is still the most played game on original xbox and with forge, theatre mode, etc theres plenty of scope in Halo 3 to keep the online going for ages
dont listen to halo. I have beaten by myself on all difficulties and i did that in about a week. And then theres online..but i only played enough online to get the achievements. Then i moved on.
Mass effect is a really good long open game that after so long u can do anything u want. Orange box has sooo much content that it will take a while to beat. Cod 4 has some of the most addictive mulitplayer i have ever played. I would come home from school at 3 and play till 8-9 every day. I have friends i play with in clans but it is 1000x times better than halos muiltplayer. Those three games are the ones u should get, mass effect, orange box, and cod 4 (for the multiplayer)
I'm not asking for help on which game to purchase, I already own all of the games that have been mentioned here LOL. But Halo 3 is very long even though COD4 is better but it is good because with the forge and saved films you can do something and play somewhere different every match.
Depends wether you have xbox live or not. I mean mass effect is long offline and so are all the main football games except seneilble soccer but if you want longotivity online look for halo3 fifa 08 COD4.
fallout 3, Mass Effect and saints Row 2 all have so much stuff you can do in them. Their are others but those are my top 3 picks. Oblivion is an awful game....
Well CoD4 I'll say. I think I have 15 days of something play time, but some people might find it repetitive so they might not play as long. As for longest story I say Fallout 3. At least 100 hours of stuff to do with DLC, not including unmarked quests. If you do EVERYTHING, it will be like 200 hours
Fallout 3 and Mass Effect for single player, and it could net you over a hundred hours in a single playthrough. With a replayability factor, Halo 3, The Orange Box, CoD4, and L4D are all contestants too.
Please do NOT listen to people saying Mass Effect. While Mass Effect was AWESOME I completed everything in just over 20 hours. Great, Yes. Long, No. If you're talking about longest games excluding Oblivion then Fallout 3 was decently long for me. Also Lost Odyssey was well over 50 hours as well as Tales of Vesperia lasting almost 50 hours for me. Oblivion is still the king however. I put over 150 hours in that game.
I could play Gears 2 forever...too bad you'll probably only find 2 games a week.Such a horrible shame.
Fallout 3 is awesome, majority of people love Halo 3 but i hate it so i guess you may enjoy it, I've played COD WAW online which is fun i like how you can do up all the weapons and such I haven't played COD 4 though.I can't really think of many singleplayer long lasting games i guess theres Mass Effect but i didn't play that for too long i'm pretty sure everythings been mentioned here there isn't too many real lengthy game on xbox 360 unless you commit yourself to playing something i guess lol.Xbox Live is the key really.
Team Fortress 2 because I have played that for around 720 hours. That isn't even including the other four games by far the longest lasting game on the xbox 360 to me at least.
Sacred 2 is the longest game I've played (still playing). I've played all of the others listed and it's by far the longest single player experience on the 360. I've logged over 40 hours and I'm under level 20, the cap is 200. The game features 650 quests and thousands of items. It's the closest thing to a MMO in a single player or coop experience on the 360,
Are you guys joking about Mass Effect? It's like 40 hours if you do every available mission! Fable 2? Get outta here. :lol: Sacred 2 is at least 80+ hours if not more. Fallout 3, it's hard not to get 100 hours of gameplay.
