Yeah, I just heard that the Left 4 Dead demo is coming out on the 18th.
What do you guys think about it?

I hope that the demo does come out on the 18th. That would be a great birthday present for me hehe, turning 23 and feeling like 30.RaySplasherWell Happy Birfday to ya guy, I'm glad to see your still gettin into Naruto... Not that I know what that is or anything like that.
I'm a big fan of the survival horror genre. Games like the Residental Evil series, the Parasite Eve series, Dead Rising, and (hopefuly) Left 4 Dead are what I love.meateater79
So true. I'm still waiting for a developer to make a Dead Rising-esque zombie game in a large city like Libery City.
Awesome, I was not going to get the game, maybe the demo will help.
Looking forward to the fracture demo too.
don't get too excited. i highly doubt it will release tomorrow.. it said fracture demo the 18th, left 4 dead demo "will be available in advance of the game's announced November 20 release date."
no date stated, just before the game releases. i too hope it will release tomorrow, but it wont.

Blashphemy!!! Everyone needs to get this game! You cannot say you weren't going to get it!!
I'll definitely try it, because I'm not having high hopes for this game. Hopefully I'll be wrong, but we'll see.mohfrontline
What's not too like about it lol?

That's never going to happen though. Also, that would be really freaking boring. There's just a bunch of zombies walking around so there's nothing to do inside the city like in GTA4. I mean, I don't want to have to drive 15 minutes for a mission when I'm being timed in the game.

Ok, well maybe not a super big city like in GTA4. Maybe in Dead Rising 2 they can just use the outside town, I mean it can't be that big.
I'm sure Left4Dead will be fun, but after Team Fortress 2, I'm not buying another Valve game on consoles.
Don't get me wrong, the game is fun, but their support after release compared to PC is just non-existent. We're not much short of a year after release and Valve have released lots of new content, new maps, new weapons, new skills and achievements, but none of it has come to either 360 or PS3 versions.
If Valve want to convince console users that they will be any different with Left4Dead then surely they should have released something, anything, for the 360 version of TF2.
Valve make PC games, and that is what you should play them on.

Valve is releasing all the PC content on the 360 later this year.

If I had a dollar for every time that had been said I'd be a very rich man - Gabe Newell has been talking about DLC since before The Orange Box launched, yet here we are nearly a year after launch with no update, and no date to expect it on
This is part of the reason why the TF2 community has largely died away - lack of support, lack of updates, lack of new content and maps.
Why should we expect Left4Dead to be any different?

Actually there is that mini-game type thing that is supposedly part of Saints Row 2... I think that will be as close to Dead Rising Liberty City as you can get.

So Gamespot was reporting on a lie about a month ago? They had an article about it. So why don't you stop whining and go look it up?
