I don't think it would really have an effect on sales of the games. Most people would be looking forward to features such as 120 people in a game or swords.

why would u want the helmet removed...you are suppose to be the master chief...under the halmet is suppose to be your face...so if they removed the helmet than little kids that play halo can't have dreams that they are actuually the master cheif..because in their dreams the face would be showing if the helmet was off and their face wouldn't be there under the helmet.f2hawk

i already thought of an ending.. *the whole world has been saved just seconds before as master chief climbs out of his wart-hog and rests his arm on the hood of it* *a soldier walk up to him "thats the last of them sir"* * the screen fades away...........* *then it comes back showing the chief walking down a long hall wearing a buisness suit with two medals...* * he reaches the end as two of his fellow soldiers open the 2 doors for him and as they open a large crowd appears* * he walks over to general (i forgot his name.. its the white guy wit the medals) as they salute eachother and they both do speeches that are about 2 minutes each.* after that the general walks towards master chief and shakes his hand, "chief i would like to present you with (some typ of medal and given the highest rank ever given to a trooper)*

It would be quite cool, in Halo 3 we found out what happened to Kelly (the only other spartan left really) and the Dr. They dissapeared with that Crystal orb thing they found on Reach, could have a reunite bit with Kelly and the MC (realname: John ) kicking some brute a**.

Though ppl out there who have not read first strike will not know what Im talking about.
