Halo 3 was made to be a little kids game. Thus all the nooby weapons and powerups. If you don't like it, then don't play Halo 3. Step up to the plate and play COD4.

COD4... unbalanced online play, no thanks. :|
If you want to really step up to the plate come play some GRAW2. Truly 1 shot 1 kill, and it actually requires some thinking, not blindly running anywhere you like.

You should put at the end of your sig, "If you like this sig copy and paste to your sig." Great sig!!! Anyway, back to the forum, don't you people know by now that Halo 2 is Halo with multiplayer and Halo 3 is Halo 2 except it is on the 360. You are gonna have the same fan base as Halo 2, and if you didn't figure out then about little kids you are a moron. I happened to be one of those little kids, to tell you the truth I thought it was the greatest ever, then reality struck.
lol ill try to stay on topic but halo is not a kids game...there is no such thing that makes one game more manly or adult than another (unless the target audience is clearly for kids) give me a break u halo flamers...
any way the way i can explain this stupid video is...
1. bad parenting (why the hell is a 4 year old playing halo) and why does the kid knowsuch bad language?
2. the kid is probably not four its probably some immature little 12 year old making jokes about sex organs OMG LOL SO FUNNY! HEHE!

UNBALANCEDL ONLINE PLAY ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You start out with one of the best guns in the game, the M16, and if you to much of a moron to know how to use it, that is your fault.
The team making thing in call of duty is messed up sometimes. I was on a team where the highest rated person was a 28 and the other team had 3 ppl w/ a ranking of 50+. With that said, i still think that CoD4 is better than Halo

SO why have i met atleast 10x the amount of small annoying, cussing, racist little kids (and older people) in CoD4? I joined one game and the first 10-15 words i heard were the n word. Not even in sentences, just people saying it over and over again. I have yet to hear that in any of my Halo 3 games.
Yea i've heard trashtalking in Halo 3 (if you judge Halo 3's community by Halo 2 then you are completely wrong right now. It isn't have a fraction that bad). At the very least every other game i hear annoying, cussing, racist kids and older people trashtalking in CoD4.
The game is great, but the community right now is as bad as Halo 2.

No it isn't.
Both are over-hyped and over-played. I'll agree with the poster who claimed COD4 had/has balancing issues and I've never cared much for Halo's online community. Play Team Fortress! While it is short on maps and modes it more than makes up for it in character. Certainly something Call of Duty and Halo could learn from.
The thing is COD and Halo, obviously, reward Rambo-style running and gunning, and as a result the fate of a match really just depends on whether or not one team has someone who can do just that...very well. TF, in a sense, requires adaptation. I've played against a team full of super fast scouts, bullet-chewing heavys and each experience was unique.(Anyone who's been in a match with 3 spies knows things get VERY interesting). How you evaluate the situation andhandle the varying classes; that is exploting their strengths and compensating their faults affects more the outcome than if xxSpartanXX or CptPriceX is getting 30+ kills a round.
Now if only we had more maps....
All I have to say about that video is that I found it rather entertaining because I dont run into that kind of crap all the time. Second of all, I think the video is set up with someone talking with the voice mask on. But the best part about annoying people in Halo 3 is the ability to mute them. As far as little kids on Xbox Live, its going to continue to happen because parents give their children what they want. And they dont always get info about what it is they are buying for their kids. But this isnt limited to Halo 3, Ive heard young children playing Team Fortress 2, Call of Duty 4, Rainbow Six Vegas, and GRAW. There is no avoiding them, its either deal with it, mute them, or not playing at all. And I can deal with it because the lil bastards dont bother me.i don't understand how does a 4 year old get on xbox live and on halo 3 what the hell going on here.

well it really shouldnt have that rating, no blood, very little swearing....anyway, the point is that anyone can pick up halo and be good at it, it takes no skill which is probably why its so popular....ipath4life...there is blood... but some T rated games have blood(Kotor had a tiny bit of blood and was T) But anyways, I don't really encounter what you guys are talking about. When people are a-holes, I just mute them and don't talk to them, or I turn my mic all the way down. Or, like Hellrazer said, I just go play COD4.

To tell you the truth, Team Fortress is the game in the Orange Box that pulled me away. I simply hated the graphics and didn't understand a thing about the game. I knew what all the classes were and maps just not how to use them t o my advantage. I am not a strategy gamer, I'm to young for that, I am a run and gun.

I love playing the skyscraper maps, they're so much fun.

And if it wasn't so laggy and glitchy...

How 'bout you go running blindly somewhere in CoD4 when you're playing against a team that actually know what they're doing. :|
Yeah, I can't say that I haven't had a laggy game on TF. 2Fort especially hiccups for some reason.
To the poster who insisted COD4 wasn't a mere run and gun; I realize in certain clan battles things get a bit strategic but for me, as a casual multiplayer gamer, at best I've seen only an organized madness. I'm not criticizing either experience, both are great, be it in moderation, though in comparison TF with a few more tweaks, could easily be the dominant force online.
how is halo 3 made for little kids when is M for adultbike749
oh silly boy you have much to learn....ya see, little kids wanna do stuff that adults do, such as sneaking into R movies, and of course, getting M games. but what halo does in particular is just what a 10 year old boy would want. "SAVE THE WORLD KILL ALIENS" i mean thats an ideal kids game dont you think?
I blame the parents. KrYp7iC_X
Parents no longer take accountability for their childrens actions. The child is obviosly unsupervised at home while playing this game that's way to old for him to be playing in the first place.
What i see happening here is the kid getting into a whole heap of trouble and the parents turning around and blaming video games for corrupting their "innocent" child.
My daughter is six and my son is three. If I ever heard either of them talking like that to me or anyone else for that matter, there'd be serious trouble for them.
What kind of blatantly negligent parent would allow their four year old child to play a 17+ "M" rated game and play it unsupervised on X-Box live?

So many things prove to me that some people just shouldn't have kids, because they are incapable of basic judgement when applied to what is appropriate and what is inappropriate for their child.
Oh see! COD4 has got more blood and gore and it's closer to reality! That's a real man's game!
No.
Halo 3 requires way more thinking than COD4. When you and your opponent see each other on the radar, no way you're going to win if you don't think properly. With COD4 you just need decent reflexes and knowledge of the map and game and luck on your side and you'll win everything. Also, people liking COD4 are usually being total ****heads about it. Most of them would declare halo 3 for the worst game ever made.
