does anyone know why it won't let me buy mass effect 2 on the xbox store

So basically i had recently discovered that you could get the mass effect games on backwards compatibility on the xbox one so i bought the first one and everyone was fine but 2 and 3 both say that it is not available on the website and the console but I've read news storys that say that they are so I'm just confused about the whole thing cheers

ME 2 & 3 aren't available to buy digitally on 360 or XB1... it's disc only. So you need the disc in your XB1 to be able to play them. ME 1 is the only game you can buy digitally.

You can get 2 and 3 digitally if you are an EA Access member, perk of the program I guess.
