Biggest Xbox 360 BUST!!!!

what is the biggest bust you have ever came encountered with.with the xbox 360.you heard it was going to be a huge title/update and it turned into a HUGE BUST!!!!

mine would have to be Army of Two.this game looked like it was going to be huge but turned out to be WHACK!!! ahah. a total waste of $65 dollars.

i agree i was excited for Army of Two. Im glad i never bought it, i read a lot of reviews for it and played the demo and realized it wasn't good at all, which was dissapointing. I havn't really bought a game i was dissapointed in though. I usually do my research for a game before i buy it.olpfan

N3, i heard all the reviews and did research and past it up at first.

but i liked dynasty warriors and they havent really scored well so i bought it for around 20 thinking id like it like DW.

NO, god no, ill never go against my better judgement again, that game sucked (imo).

Grand Theft Auto 4. It was getting 10/10s everywhere but when I got down to playing it, I was just disappointed. It lost the fun factor I generally expect from games, especially the GTA games.Quintinius

It ws a while ago, but I'd have to say F.E.A.R. Not a bad game by any means, but for some reason the game just never "clicked" with me. I more finished it because I had nothing better to do in my off time (in the Army, deployed to Afghanistan at the time), but never really had any feeling about it.

 I haven't preordered a single game since I was in college, oh say 5 or 6 years ago was the latest.  There is so mych hype these days that drives up demand for cool looking games artificially. Supply chains are relatively quick to restock after a week or so- so why waste $60 just to be the absolute first to pay what may be a crappy game? I'll wait the week or two and ensure my $60 is going to a game that deserves the hype and my attention :)

The latest Silent Hill reviews don't look very sharp either so I doubt I will get it even though I was looking forward to it. mosdef_basic

Silent Hill Homecoming was amazing. If you haven't played it do so don't listen to reviews.

Same here. I haven't experienced a big letdown in gaming since I bought Star Wars Rebellion in high school. There are games that annoy me with odd quirks such as long loading times, but I haven't experienced a "bust" on any 360 game.

None for the xbox 360 but the biggest bust in video game history to me was Conker live and reloaded. So i'm paying full price for a stripped game in which all of my favorite classic modes are gone? Wow what a waste.craigalan23

Perfect Dark Zero failed to live up to the hype and the original N64 version, but I still think it's ok(if you don't compare to the best shooters).

No one mentioned Turok, I loved the 1st 2 Turok games on N64, but not this reinvention on 360, and I knew I wouldn't like it just from playing the demo alone.

I dont understand the whole GTA thing. I think a lot of folks didn't like IV because it was "too real." My pick would be Gears Of War....I thought it was a bust.DFBH

the commercials made it looks so cool and fun but once you actually play it all you can say is "this blows!"

Grand Theft Auto4, Fable 2, and Halo 3.

GTA4 was the worst grand theft auto that I have played, and it felt like a rip off of liberty city with just better graphics, and a worse main character.

Fable 2 was horrible! The game is so stupid. All you do is kick chickens and follow a gold line. It was supposed to be a huge game but i couldn't even play it for more than an hour. BORING.

Halo 3 had no story whatsoever, and the create a map mode was hyped up so much i couldn't wait. Turns out making maps takes forever and it glitches when you use certain items. Basically i bought Halo 3 for a multiplayer that was exactly the same as Halo 2 just with better graphics.
