Best game visually to date for the Xbox 360?

What are some of the best games graphically? I want to here some of your opinions.

For me I played Gears of War just yesterday and I find that game still awesome both graphics and gameplay.

Gears had a boring colour palette sticking to a lot of grey and other grubby colours.

Mass Effect has some stunning scenery when you go exploring uncharted worlds. Also wandering around the Citadel is nothing short of spectacular the first time you see it.

Well you can't argue with any of those 3 really. Gears Bioshock and Mass Effect. I think Gears 2 will hold the crown for a little while when it comes out. The backgrounds look amazing.

Dead Space doesn't look bad at all either.

Best graphics on 360 are: Assassins Creed & Farcry 2

However my favourite for utter originality and style are: Fable 2 & Gears of War 2

Honestly, I think Bioshock has the best graphics.

Assassin's Creed was goregeous and incredibly detailed.

Bioshock is great graphical wise

But Mass Effect amazed where ever I went in the game

Mass Effect had some great graphics sure, but for me they seemed a little too good for the Xbox to handle. There were quite a few moments where characters would appear, and then their details would load in shortly after.

The original Gears still looks fantastic, as does The Darkness. Both Condemned games look good too (especially the second one) and I'm loving the visuals for Dead Space at the mo. Although the lighting does get a little glitchy when it's bright, but that's hardly ever in this game.

Gears n Bioshock. Haven't played Mass Effect. Gears 2 looks like it will be even better so will probably hold the crown soon.

Prince of Persia.

Nothing beat it this gen.

Hmmm Mass Effect...Really!? I didn't think it looked that good at all.

I would go with Bioshock just a little above Oblivion witch is very nice graphically as well.I found gears to be a little drab even with the video setting changed to vibrant or whatever the setting was.

Oh man how could I forget. Have any of you played Pure? No lies when I say its one of the best looking games I have EVER seen.

You obviously havent seen its gameplay videos. PoP has a great trailer but id say its gameplay has some of the worst graphics on the 360.

I dunno I liked Pure quite a bit even though it's short. It was Pure FUN which is what I like, and yes the graphics are pretty damn good. I guess if you weren't expecting arcade gameplay then it'd be easy to be dissapointed.

I don't understand the people saying games like GTA 4 or Oblivion...really? When I think best graphics I think of what looks the best and those 2 games look like crap compared to some of these others. I don't expect them to look as good since they're both big open world games but I don't think either are anywhere near the top in the graphics department.

I would have to say Gears of War 1 and 2 they have the best graphics

Best Hardware and power-wise: Bioshock. It's just a game that begs to be played.

Best Art Design and Style has to go to either Tales of Vesperia or UT3. In those games, they were definetly going for a specific style of art and they nailed it.
