That makes sense. A crap wrestler, for a crap brand.

So true. So very true raw sucks
least tony atlas isn't with him
Did anyone get a feeling similar to Lesnar Vs Goldberg at points during that match?-CoMBaT-i know i did.
They have been trying to push Mark Henry for the last 13 years.this has to be his last push since they going to make him a face.[QUOTE="keiblerfan69"]What a waste of a match. Wow are they trying to push Mark Henry now?Link256

Well if you gave him as much money as they did you would be too.

Otherwise, been there, done that, and it ****ING SUCKED.
RAW
1. Evan Bourne (From ECW)
2. Jack Swagger (From ECW)
3. Mark Henry (From ECW)
4. Alicia Fox (From SmackDown!)
5. Gail Kim (From SmackDown!)
ECW
1. Shelton Benjamin (From SmackDown!)
2. Goldust (From Raw)
3. William Regal (From Raw)
4. Brie Bella (From Raw)
5. Nikki Bella (From Raw)
SD!
1. Matt Hardy (From Raw)
2. Finlay (From ECW)
3. David Hart Smith (From ECW)
4. Tyson Kidd (From ECW)
5. Natalya (From ECW)
RAW loses 5 Superstars
ECW loses 7 Superstars
SD! loses 3 Superstars.
In 2009, Matt Hardy has gone from:
ECW -> SmackDown! -> Raw -> SmackDown!
In LESS than 6 months, may I add.
So with the trade, ECW now has a total of 19 Superstars. Removing Commentators, Announcers, the GM and backstage reporters, this leaves 14 actual wrestlers. Only three of these are divas (Bella Twins & Katie Lea Burchill).
SmackDown! now features 37 Superstars. Again, removing all those exclusions, we have 30 actual wrestlers.
Raw retains the 35 Superstars number they already had, and 5 wrestlers for 5 wrestlers means they still have 31 wrestlers.
Then again, I could see Regal and Benjamin as potential ECW champions. tman93
anybody can be ecw champion
If I read right they lost Swagger, Henry, Bourne, The Harts, Finlay. And gained... Goldust and Shelton Benjamin. As they always do: add new talent to the roster. How do you manage that?tman93
Otherwise, I remind you this is, after all, ECW we talking about. Ya know, the development brand of the company. The general idea for guys (especially young guys) to develop their craft, so they can move onto greener pastures.

take for example cm punk
Another thing to note: Whilst Matt Hardy on his 4th brand in less than 6 months is bad, following right behind him is - excluding Gail Kim - all the divas in the draft. In 2009:
Bella Twins: SmackDown! -> Raw -> ECW
Alicia Fox: ECW -> SmackDown! -> Raw
Natalya: SmackDown! -> ECW -> SmackDown!

Tommy Dreamer, Christain, Benjamin, Regal, Goldust, Koslov, Helms, Burchill are like the only talent right now and none of them are developing superstars, I agree that they can and will add some new talent but still haha.Tommy Dreamer, Christain, Benjamin, Regal, Goldust, Koslov, Helms, Burchill are like the only talent right now and none of them are developing superstars, I agree that they can and will add some new talent but still haha.tman93
Helms is on ECW as a backstage reporter, due to injuries.
Also, at least from pure wrestling perspective, ECW GAINED ground... even if Goldust is a JOKE.
Link256
this proves that ecw brings in talent and grooms them for success
[QUOTE="Redders1989"]Helms is on ECW as a backstage reporter, due to injuries.tman93He wrestled a show or two last week if I read right, also, they have teased his return on ECW for a few weeks now. Have they? I haven't been keeping up-to-date with ECW as such recently.

Well the only superstar that they gained that has the slighest potential to become a world champion is Benjamin and hes been on ECW and it really did nothing for him. Theres Christain but he really doesn't need grooming as he could have been drafted to Smackdown and became a top star. Other than that I don't see Dreamer, Regal, or Goldust ever winning a major world title.I just think they should have had Bourne stay on ECW, it could only be good for him as hes going to most likely do nothing with Raw (which is loaded with midcard talent that would fit right in on ECW).
I refused to cheer for Mark Henry and don't want to see a push for him. He needs to just leave the WWE for good. As for the other things going on at RAW, I really enjoyed the tag team match. I hope they don't break up The Colons after that match.
RAW was kinda good and I didn't really have much to complain other than the stupid trade they got going. Should've just kept the roster how it is already.

I've just realised... apart from Tony Atlas (who barely wrestles), Ezekiel Jackson (where has he been since splitting with TBK?) and Zack Ryder... you've named every male competitor on ECW
[QUOTE="Link256"]Has anyone switched brands more than Matt Hardy?Dark_Hylian8Kennedy?Just going by memory:
Mr. Kennedy
Nope:
Matt Hardy > Mr. Kennedy
WWE's Mini-draft, was a dumb idea, I think it help some superstars, and hurt some brands, like ECW, but I don't really know for sure Really until I see ECW, and Smackdown, since Superstars is an All brand show.
I think that Everyone is correct or who ever saidit, that ECW is the Startinjg out, Brand then some like CM Punk, and Evan Bourne got to a well or some what well-oiled show like Raw, and then some like the Hart Dynasty, get move Smackdown.
I do also agree that WWE will set things right and make more younger talent like the CM Punk's and Evan Broune's come up from FCW, and hope fully make them gotto the Superstar Status.
BUT, what I don't understand is that why was Mark Henry, on ECW, I know nit's most like cause of the WWE wanted him to hold the ECW Championship, but nI really don't see him doing that well on Raw. IMO
Natalya going to SmackDown makes sense. She should be on a brand where she can wrestle.
Link256
This is true and since see can Wrestle and is Canadian, then you know what that means she will be the New Trish. :P
