Nintendo Power had an article on this game. The main characters (but there are unlockables) are: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Wario, Waluigi, Bowser, Bowser Jr, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Yoshi, Boo, and Mii.

I have yet to try a Mario Tennis game. It's like the only Mario sports series that I never tried yet.

The controls will probably consist of flicking often.

Nintendo Power mentioned the controls. There are two methods. One is with the face buttons and the circle pad, and the other is with the circle pad and the shot panel.

Thanks for the information. Big fan of the shot panel shown.

I feel like having the moves on the touch screen makes it waaay to easy. People dont put time and effort into playing the game. Like in SSF4 for the 3DS. :x

I had to go through blood, sweat and tears to learn all the combos and moves for the characters I use. Especially Akuma's Wrath of Raging Demon.

I doubt I'll be using the Shot Panel, but it does help new players. And it will remind me of the controls if I ever forget them.

It is actually pretty good considering the 3DS doesn't have an extra circle pad.

I don't mind the sport, actually. I just never gotten around to playing Mario Tennis yet. I've actually played at least one game from each Mario sports series, but Mario Tennis happens to be an exception.

I read in Nintendo Power that it has singles and doubles with strangers and friends, and has online leaderboards.
