Hollow Mask Speculation

All right now I got permission from Captain Hitsugaya to post this thread and he likes the idea of the topic cuz it'll be a great one:D

Note: This is not a WIOTW so everyone can post here anytime and please stay on topic

Y'know the Vizards are Shinigami from a long time ago that have gained unique hollow powers,right? So has anyone ever thought about every Shinigami becoming a Vizard. What kind of hollow powers would they all have and what would their hollow mask look like? Do you also think what they would be like when their hollow side were advanced like Ichigo?

We can talk about every Shinigami about having hollow powers and mask

For instance, I think Toshiro would have some kind of dragon mask and his hollow form would be a dragon

I rather have Hitsugaya having a sign on his mask saying, "go back home."

These past chapters of Hitsugaya open my eyes. :lol:

Anyway. Soi Fon's mask probably be like the ANBU masks from Naruto.

Do the hollow mask in any way signify what that shinigami's powers are? Maybe Soifon would have a mask that resembled a bee or maybe a chinese based mask.

Hmm... Gin's would be a fox :lol:

Wonder what Byakuya's would be... like the faces on samurai helmets? Or something else entirely?

or gin could be a snake, since his abilities seem to be more snake based (then again I might be a chapoter behind in manga again not sure)

well, the hollow mask/shape seems to typically fit the individual.

ichigo's also looks like a demon. at first it just look like a skull, standard, boring, not really fancy hollow mask. but his mask developed and got more demonic the more he "nearly died", got more lines, untill it finally got a fully demonic shape.

I agree its not animal based. its PERSONALITY and abilities based. The individuals background does effect it some. BEcause of this, I'm thinking the hollow and whatnot can actually CHANGE as their overall personality and whatnot changes. dont get me wrong, it takes ALOT of change in them to produce a small change in the hollow, but still. it adapts. thats what its about. instinct, and adaptation, fighting, survival. thats what they are is raw instinct, which will force them to adapt.

What I wanna know is.....what would old man's hollow mask look like?!

and I agree hitsu might have a dragonic looking hollow mask :P I mean not only does it fit his zanpakutou powers but it also fits his temperment. he's got the icy cool and extreame patience that is typically depicted in dragons, but he's also got the very quick to snap once he does get annoyed or angered trait, that they also depict in dragons. bassically his dragon just "feels" right for a dragon, so I think it'd only be fitting. btw I ran into a fan art somewhere that depicted this to, but I cant remember where I saw it or I'd post it.

I wonder what Unohana's mask would look like... perhaps something related to her bankai/shikai... a sea creature of sorts? Like resembling a manta ray maybe in the general shape or perhaps just have markings relating to the sea in some fashion. Since she is also fairly calm in personality, at least until you get her mad that is, her hollow form could very well have a calm strength about it, not over reacting to things so much as would be common in other hollowifed creatures.

Haha, Old Man's hollow wouldn't be making evil gigantic snowmen, he be more like melting them... his shinigami element is fire. Hollow Hitsu would be making the snowmen and turning his enemies into ice & snowcones .... then as I stated Old Man's Hollow would melt them down and poof no more bad guys. Talk about the perfect team lol.

Old Man's Hollow Mask would probably look like some kind of firey creature, maybe a phoenix since his shinigami element and attacks are all fire based. Perhaps his hollow form would have some kind of wings resembling a bird as well and he would be able to blast firey ceros at his opponents roasting them to a crisp... muhahaha!

As far as Byakuya's Hollow Mask and form would look like... well since his zanpakuto spirit looks like a samauri, that statement above does make sense actually. Maybe his powers would be that of a calm strength as well, he does seem to be really patient and seemingly unemotional most of the time, so it would only make some amount of sense that his hollow form would also take on this quality in some way.

Ichigo is rather short tempered and just charges into things blindly, which is most likely why his hollow form and mas are demonic in appearance. Although he does tend to think a bit more now than he did before...

Well, I seem to have gotten a bit long winded... *grins at Dao* ... as well. So perhaps I should leave something for other's to comment on. *cracks knuckles and sits back in chair putting hands behind my head*

What About Zaraki?

Zaraki's mask would definitely be Animalistic. probably some crazy dragon type thing. If his hollow were to take over it would be a humanoid dragon type thing.

What would Komamura's mask be like since he's a dog?:P

Yes, mayuri is cunning, but not in the manipulative Gin/Aizen-ish way. 

he lacks the people skills to do that kinda thing :P

Anways....I agree that Kenpachi's hollow form would be a bull. Since his zanpakuto's name is unknown, his behavior is able to determine his hollow mask and form

And also Renji's hollow mask would be a monkey and his hollow form would be half monkey and half snake(Of course, I'm just stating the obvious:P)

Anyone else got any ideas?
