Desk Jobs and All Tied Up. Because I have no shame. Along with 861 other unread fics. It's been a while since I read a genuinely good fic of... that nature. I might read them soon.

I don't think I liked Desk Jobs has much as I should because I wrote it after Don't Forget To Floss. I was just telling one of my editors the other night that I don't even remember writing All Tied Up.

Trying to decide between three story ideas is annoying

Write synopses for them, then figure out which one you'd be most interested in reading. It's a good strategy for figuring out if anyone would want to read the stories, too.

When you're writing a story and you spend an hour and a half brainstorming concepts with your editor just because of some minor little detail in the story

Can trollfics just be banned from the universe? I get so aggravated when one of them somehow manages to get featured.

Honestly, I'd rather something be terrible for the sake of being terrible rather than being terrible simply because the writer is a terrible writer. Troll fics at least an excuse.

@meetroid8: They're incredibly idiotic and I just cannot stand that something that someone probably wrote in 10 mins can get featured while something that other writers, like me, have spent hours writing goes unnoticed.

I've given up on thinking about popularity in terms of who deserves what. Popularity has nothing to do with deserving it. Great fics get looked over all the time, and shitty ones get praised. It's not worth bothering with. I just frustrate myself if I think about it.

New goal is to collab with an artist on a folio.

I'd very much like to write a fic titled 'I Rape Luna and Make You Watch,' but I'm pretty sure everyone would unfollow me if I did. Bleh, self censorship...

@meetroid8: Rapefics immediately get a bunch of down votes before people even read it; it's ridiculous.

In other news, I've gotten featured on Equestria After Dark twice in the past week.

I actually got rejected by EqAD once. I didn't even know EqAD did reject people.

@meetroid8: I've been featured a total of four times (could be five though). They had to start all over once EQAD got taken down because of malicious ads on various blogger sites. Google just took down a bunch and, unfortunately, that was one of them.

Did they tell you why they rejected you?

And now my new story made the featured box on FiMFiction. Yuss.
