Hello everybody! This is a new game from my recent ideas, based on the original idea of the game Hangman.
Important: This game will not start until midnight after Tuesday, as in Wednesday 2nd August 2006 00:00, GMT.
In this game, you will all be playing against each other to guess the word correctly first. The game will continue until the first player reachers 3 points. You gain 1 point for winning a round.
You can decide to play at any point, just simply post 1, 2, or 3 letters in this thread to guess your letters in the word, to help you discover it. You do not win by uncovering all letters, instead you must post your word in the thread. I will either say it is correct or incorrect; in the case of it being correct, you will gain a point and the game will restart, in the case of it being incorrect you will be out of the game for the rest of the round, and play will continue. So if someone guesses don't give up or wait for my response, guess anyway, they might be wrong.
I will post my word in the form of underscores "_" for letters you have to guess, with words seperated by larger gaps. You can then guess 1 to 3 letters, the advantage of posting less than 3 letters is when you are low on lifes, and you may not want to make as many guesses, until you have revealed a new part of the word. I will send you a PM for your answers, you have 9 lifes altogether. The game will probably run for about 3-6 days per new word.
An example of play would be as follows (using the word "Final Fantasy" as the word to guess).

I send each Player (Player A, Player B, Player C, Player D) a PM to tell them their current letters revealed in the word and the lifes they have left, with any wrong letters they have guessed. Oh, and yes, I will draw you a hangman.

I would also like to mention that the winner of this game will have their achievement recognised in a new idea; The Final Fantasy Fans Union 'Hall Of Fame', a locked, sticky thread where every other member will be able to see the winners of games, and other such achievements.
