I don't know much of it, I just start programming but software development is what I plan on doing, if that answers your question.
Dream job would be being a star player in sports but since I need to get a degree and a great job I can't do that. So..I guess IT is my dream job since I love computers. and it's the only 'job' I enjoy.

There are plenty of positions in the IT field that will involve software development; since programming is your game you'll probably end up as a software engineer or something similar. I'm a CS major myself so I'm in the same boat somewhat.

Because it's not necessary to unban so many I think.Personally I think its creating bad publicity, all these users they're unbanning appears to be a dead give-away that the site staff knows this site is starting to lack life and is less active, so they're now trying to try and bring users back by any means necessary.
