Hu- means that the character is of the Hunter class. Ra- means that the character is a Ranger Fo- means that the character is a Force
-mar means that the character is a human male -marl means that the character is a human female -cast means that the character is a male android -caseal means that the character is a female android -newm means that the character is a male newman -newearl means that the character is a female newman
So a Humar is a male human hunter and a Fomar is a male human Force.
I think I might pick up PSO 1&2 for the Gamecube to play on my Wii? Does anyone know if you can go online with it when using the Wii. I have heard several no's and only a few yes's.

From what i hear they closed down the online servers but you dont need those just get 3 friends and its hours of fun

You can't go online on the gamecube version. They shut down the online servers this year for the gamecube and dreamcast. The only way to play online is with the xbox or pc version.
There are private servers for the Dreamcast version. If they make private servers for the GCN version I might go try and find the GCN modem so I can try it out.
Not sure. But I have seen the site with the server information and how to change your modem to access it. I believe that there is a link to the site in the MMORPG and anime union.
On a side note, what style banner would you guys like? One that fits the art style of PSO or one that fits the style of PSU. They are both very different and I'm not sure if they would work together.

It would be interesting if you could find a picture with the "evolution" of Phantasy Star and we could use that as the banner. But seeing as that would be nearly impossible to find either PSO or PSU would work, maybe PSU would be better since it is the newer game.
Thank you very much for the promotion. As soon as I can quell my client's need for my blood (they have alot of work they want done) I plan on doubling my efforts and activity. (never work a full time job, help run a candle business and take on freelance work at the same time. It is murder.)
True, new games in the series will help with membership and activity. We could also just put a post in the union recruitment forum, unless someone has already done so recently.
I have a few ideas, but it requires the community to help. We can always put news about the expansion on the homepage. We could have two officers help out in finding/posting the news on the homepage.
Also, we need to affiliate with some unions. I am going to ask the hendrix, the leader of The Elder Scrolls Fans Union if he wants to affiliate with us.
Last, we need tags, sigs, and a banner. Does anyone know how to make anything? If not, we can request from a design union like Liquid Designs to make them for us.
I probably will. We need to make a thread on the union recruitment so people that check there might join. Also, like I said earlier, if someone has an account in PSO-world.com, we could have a post there telling the people about our union to see if we could get some members. That is a website with a lot of pso and psu fans.
Looks neat but I probably won't get it. My computer hits the recommended stats except for the sound card but I like to play games that my computer can run on the higher settings (recommended is usually med/low range I think).
It's that lovely time again where yours truly heads into the production studio in preparation to produce another magazine for my fine company. I will be on a limited amount for the next two weeks as I work my ascot off and pray for the sweet relief of death.
I found the official Phantasy Star logo, we could use it as the new union avatar. Unfortunately I am unable to link it but I have it saved to my computer so I could eventually upload it. That is the only good picture that I have found that incorporates every PS game. I think the one that I originally put up (the one we have now) is fine though, more colorful than the "new" one.
