Which HD Remake are YOU Looking forward to?

So, within the next, oh, two months or so, we have several HD remakes being released, all for $20 on XBLA (and PSN? no idea). Which are you looking forward to?

Crysis HD - SciFi alien FPS? That is somehow supposed to look better?

Resident Evil 4 HD - Well paced, tense TPS. With not-zombies.

Resident Evil Code Veronica HD - Play as a tank -- er, Claire Redfield. Kill zombie-zombies.

i guess it stood out to me because the ico collection looks so much better than any of those games.

I would get Fatal Frame, i never got to play the originals, but they looked creepy. And I would be all over Silent Hill if it came to 360...sob. but MGS is a no brainer, lol

My dream HD remake: Final Fantasy 6 and 7 HD

Ico collection. I never played Ico before and I am excited to play Shadow of the Colossus again. I lend my copy of SOTC to some guy in high school. We graduated and I nver saw my SOTC again :evil:

Man that poll fails on so many levels, first of all Crysis not a remake, it's a dumbed down port for the console peasants and you can bet that it wont run in HD so you can go ahead and remove the HD part. Second, who the hell is even looking foward to the RE HD remakes and did they really need two slots in the poll? Third, how could you list those garbage games and not list the Ico, MGS, or ZOE collections?

To answer your question, I'm looking foward to the ZOE HD collection the most so far.

I'm more looking forward to both ICO collection and Z.O.E. Collection mainly because I missed out on those games on the PS2.

Final Fantasy 10, Team Ico, and Halo.

Silent Hill without a doubt but like every other HD remake I am disappointed they don't take the visuals further instead of uping the resolution.

The HD versions of RE4 and RE CVX aren't anything special. They're just unscaled versions of the old games. Same old textures, models, et al.

The RE4 version is the worst of the bunch. If you've played RE4 on wii, you're getting nothing new. In fact, you're losing features because you're going from the new motion controls to the plain old controller. If you have RE4 on PC, you'll gain the luxury of realtime cutscences, but you lose your mods. RE4 isn't worth it no matter how you look at it.

Crysis was already in HD from the start. So much, in fact, that graphics cards at the time of its release cried electronic tears of pure AGONY. I'm betting they ported assets over to CryEngine 3 and made a couple visual tweaks that worked better for consoles. I already have it on PC and attempted to play it with an Xbox controller at one point, only to feel handicapped and go back to the keyboard. Really, I can't think of an HD remake I'll be checking out off the top of my head(unless OOT3D or Star Fox 3D somehow count).

What? Crysis HD? The original Crysis is already HD and even has a higher resolution than what the remake will have. The original PC version will look and play much better.

I'm mainly looking forward to Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, GoldenEye 007 Reloaded, and Resident Evil 4.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the MGS and Silent Hill collections the most. Goldeneye Reloaded, as well. Hope the MP for it has more modes that allow you to play as Bond characters.

This exactly (except "console pesants" part, thats just idiotic elitism). I played Crysis in double the resolution it will be running on consoes.

Crysis has an HD remake? Ha. If anything in terms or resolution the rerelease will be even less HD or not at all. The console port of Crysis is not about getting the game in HD, it's about getting the game on consoles, period.

You had room on the poll for two resident evil games and a game that isn't even a legit HD port but not Halo and Metal Gear? Come on.

Anyway, the HD port I most look forward to is Metal Gear Solid HD Collection just because I haven't gotten to actually play a Metal Gear game in five years. I also very much look forward to the Zone of the Enders Collection and the Halo remake. I really hope Square gets Final Fantasy X on the 360. I'm not buying the PS3 for an HD port of a game I already played...

the resident evils since they so happen to be around when gears 3 comes out they will be sitting there for a long while
