Could be that it has never had the time, money, and engine built ground up for it. But it wont have to when Crysis2 is out.

I have both games and I disagree MW2 has good graphics but it didn't wow me like UC2

MS makes the software they are a software company.. Xbox 360 uses a form of Direct Xc that PCs use and is EASY TO DEVELOP FOR!!!
