I seriously doubt anything will ever beat Breath of Fire (1-3 at least) for me. I'd probably put Xenosaga, Dragon Warrior/Quest, and Final Fantasy (10 and before) as the rest of the list. That said I love a lot of JRPG's and could list a long list of others as well.
