What's with all the Eastern European PC exclusives?

The Witcher 2 (Poland), Hard Reset (Poland), ArmA II (Czech Republic), S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadows of Chernobyl (Russia), etcetera are all from Eastern Europe.

Are these developers too poor or are their people in their countries too poor to buy consoles or are they not smart enough to program for consoles because they're behind the times?

Also, the Polish government sent Barrack Obama, the American president, a copy of The Witcher 2 for his birthday. :lol: That is the greatest achievement of their country. That, and rushing German tanks on horses in World War II.

PC gaming is the biggest market in that region so thats where they focus their manpower on, consoles afaik from people i work beside from Eastern Europe have said consoles are considerably expensive over there in comparrison to the Western parts of europe.

Well, in Eastern Europe consoles aren't very popular while PCs are. And the games you mentioned crater more to the PC audience than the console audience. Witcher 2 is a timed PC exclusive btw.

For example, the Africans had help from aliens (I have evidence for this), which is why they were able to accomplish something beyond killing each other. Actually, that's exactly right. Consoles are typically more expensive in EE, and people generally buy PC's due to their multiple uses. It's in the document I linked on the 1st page.
