Oh god no, if Rockstar does that, I will get on the next plane to the USA and personally kill the developer who decided to do that. You'll be looking around for a while considering Rockstar North is based in Edinburgh.
Radio stations such as Fusion FM, International Funk, Jazz Nation Radio, The Journey, SelfActualization FM, and the contents of their playlists are signs of immense musical maturity and extremely eclectic and sophisticated music taste. GTA 5 can't be worse in this respect and I'm certain it won't be.
Let me apologize to begin with, let me apologize for what I'm about to say, but obviously a brostep station would fit perfectly. Whether you like it or not, they'll have one. I'd listen to it. If they have a g-funk era station like Radio Los Santos, though, that's the one I'll keep on most of the time.

Well they missed out on REAL dubstep from UK which is ironic since Rockstar are from UK, but yeah, brostep bastardized the genre and now became popular so I could see that happening.
It would be pretty funny if they had a station branded as dubstep with a super bro DJ and it was all just Burial tracks.

Shame there was never a true dubstep genre station. Drum & Bass is from the UK as well and they nailed that genre with MSX FM in GTA 3 and LCS.
Another station I'd expect is something noise-related, with stuff by HEALTH, Sleigh Bells, Panda Bear, Telepathe, etc. Rockstar has already shown their appreciation for HEALTH.
But in the end, it doesn't even matter, because custom stations.

They got some decent alternative bands in GTA IV already like The Rapture or !!! (Chick Chick Chick), however there was not enough quality in it, but as regards having more noise in it, they could just vary it, adding some classic stuff like Sonic Youth, Big Black, The Jesus and Mary Chain, My Bloody Valentine (varying kinds of noise, some of its is actually pleasant and non-aggressive), Medicine, some newer stuff as well...
My favorite in GTA IV was the classic rock station, with Alternative (Radio Broker) being good also. In Episodes and the Vice City games, the 80's pop soundtracks were so damn catchy and memorable I'd love them to return as well in a Vice City FM station.
at least one of the following, even though neither will be included because people suck. 60s/70s master race stuff like led zeppelin, skynyrd, cream, rolling stones, random one hit wonders, jimi hendrix, aerosmith, etc. 90s grunge like nirvana, pj, alice in chains, collective soul, soundgarden, stone temple pilots, red hot chili peppers, etc.
