What is the highest a Nintendo console should ever sell for?

Personally, I just don't think Nintendo can justify releasing another console at a premium price tag. Yes I think $299.99 is still too expensive for what is nothing more than a Mario delivery system.I think it would be wise if Nintendo aimed for a $199.99 - 249.99 price point for their next console and they might have a solid chance at selling more than 15 - 20 million units. They should also pack-in the next Mario game a'la NES/SNES days.I also think their handhelds should never sell for more than $149.99. Too much competition in the mobile market with solid tablets selling for only $99.

lol. Can't be wrong about an opinion. The PS3 was never a good deal.

The 20GB PS3 was only $100 more than the 20GB 360. If anything the $400 360 wasn't a good deal since it lacked Blu-ray playback.

If you don't think Blu-ray playback was worth the $100 premium over the 360 in 2006 then you're just a cheap arse.
