What do you think of Killzone Shadow Fall

Guys I am a major XBOX fan and I simply don't see where the draw of this game is for Sony worshippers. in my opinion KZ has always taken a back seat to CoD, Halo and BF in terms of community, gameplay and overall graphical quality. I guess if I were a early adopter of the PS4, I'd have little choice but to pick this game up as there is nothing else.ShoTTyMcNaDeS

It looks like poopy

Fog 10 feet away, blur in your face and it looks like it's a JRPG with more guns. The MP will put you to sleep. Pass.

Visually it looks really impressive.

Gameplay wise it looks like I'd get bored of it quickly.

Hopefully the dual campaigns actually delves deep into the KZ lore because it's actually pretty damn cool, but they always ruin it in their stories in game. It has some serious potential

It's a solid series of shooters. I loved Killzone 2. It's very different from CoD and Halo in the sense it's a lot slower paced, which might be the reason you don't like it so much, but to me that can be a big plus. The graphics have always been at the top of the industry for console games.

The story has yet to be great or memorable which is a big flaw with the Killzone series, even though there is an amazing backstory and lore, they have just yet to capitalize on that. The gameplay is the stand out for Killzones though, the shooting feels just right, and the multiplayer is pretty good too, with amazing sound design thrown in the top.

I actually agree with this. KZ is by far the best looking next gen game I've seen. Infamous looks nice too.

I'm still on the fence. It looks like a generic shooter with awesome graphics. Hope i'm wrong, though.

What on earth is the point in discussing anything except graphics at this point? No one has played it. At a push you can talk about the previous games in the series and they tend to rise and fall on whether you like console FPS's. And whether you can forgive the terrible British Space Nazi theme.

Gaf admitted its pretty comparable to Crysis 3 maxed out, and its higher framerate.

Its a good exclusive for sony to put out at the launch of a console... Pretty graphics, last gen gameplay, enough fans to think they're getting something awesome.

Its a graphical show case just like ryse.   Gameplay looks meh.   Titanfall looks 10x's more fun

Looks good. I'm planning to pick it up when I pick up the PS4. 

I'm definitely interested. It'll probably be my 2nd game to go along with Watch Dogs when I get my PS4 on launch.

The only truly interesting launch game IMO. The rest of the launch of both PS4 and Xbone looks meh to me.

That's so stupid for consoles. I understand for a PC because it is personal and monitors are usually small but on a home console? They are supposed to give you this couch gaming, playing together with a friend or little brother. 

People keep on crapping on popular games like CoD and Halo but they do understand that split screen is important. There are many reasons why they sell and split screen is one of those. Whoever dev decides to remove split screen will only hurt the sales of their game. 

I'm sure it'll look fantastic, but will most likely be just as dull as it's predecessors. 

The Mulitplayer will probably be enjoyable though.
