Thoughts on the new exclusive Guilty Gear xrd demo on PS4?

the general consensus failed to see those two games are more fast-paced. Previous blazblue was slow but the latest sequel has improved in speed. I give you blazblue chrono and persona 4 arena.

@iwasgood2u: BB definitely isn't faster than GGXXAC. Xrd is a bit slower than AC was though. I personally can't say much about P4U, since I haven't played either of the games before, but it looks fairly fast.

I disagree.... Fighting Games are more relevant than ever now, so much so that 4 of them are coming to PC. Besides, you're talking about it.... Sound relevant to me.

Getting a PS4 for this. I'm not even a guilty gear player; it's just very well done.

don't you have a PS3? Why buy a PS4 and pay for PS+ when you can play for free on PS3? PS3 and PS4 users will be able to play against each other online, and the only difference between the games is that one is 720p and the other 1080p. The cross online play itself is prove that both games will perform the same too.

Actually I would agree with you but even if you played a genuinely good fighting game like DoA I doubt you'd be able to appreciate it.

I'm not into these one on one fighting games anymore, if I were to delve into them I'd probably go with the upcoming Mortal Kombat, heck as much as I love the Persona game series I'm not that much drawn to want to play Persona 4 Arena or it's Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold sequel.

I've never praised Skyrim's gameplay.

I played the demo, and I have no idea why this game exists on PS4 at all. The visuals are lacking any obvious additional luster over the PS3 version, and the PS3 version doesn't require PS+ to play online.

Played the demo and I love it, but at the same time, I'm torn.

I want to buy the game because it is fun as hell to play, but on the other hand, Aksys games is becoming the new Capcom and I just don't want to support this crap. The roster looks gimped and there is character dlc two days after release (totally legit). Plus one of said dlc characters is on the cover of the game as if they are actually in the game but they are behind a pay wall. Next, we all know in 6 months there will be an expansion with everything included.

I really need a good fighter to play on ps4 (hate injustice) and I don't want to have to wait long until MKX comes out.

Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate has got 2 on 2 combat plus a special 7 vs 7 team attack mode.

Or you can try Super Smash Siblings on the Wii U.

I don't like Injustice either... Aren't there any other 8th Gen Fighting Games ? Maybe just this once you can bite the bullet and and get it..... But if you're willing to wait, you can Dead or Alive 5 Last Round next year.
