Recently had to explain to a Fortnite kid what Unreal Tournament was. Plays a game made by Epic and never heard of UT.

Watching Tears of the Kingdom coverage, most of the people covering it go about as far back as playing Twilight Princess. Not even OoT.

lol yeah, watching streams isn't my jam either. When I do watch others gameplay, it's always alongside a game I'm playing. Like if I'm really into a fighting game, can soak up a ton of knowledge from watching some high level matches.

Never watch gameplay for something I don't even want to play lol.

@pmanden: yeah, the pc gamers went buck wild on totk. Personally I think it's amazing that Nintendo sold so many copies of the game even while dealing with this issue.

But this is Nintendo fault for using hardware that's on par with the Xbox 360 in 2023 and having online features in games that are arguably worse than Xbox 360...we'd probably have to go back to ps2 days to see something so atrocious.

Just coming off the heels of the Mario movie's $1.2 billion box office, Nintendo is winning with that one-two Mario-Zelda punch! I think that movie's success may have contributed to Zelda's launch, as I remember seeing a Zelda trailer when watching the Mario movie. That cross-promotion worked in Zelda's favour.

I think it stop selling after players realize you cheese everything in this game and make the puzzles boring and still when you defeat dungeons the enemy level up and make more boring long fighting with no reward. No reward in the game any where you always find garbage in the hidden chest and exploring is boring bc you find the same copy paste thing. Play Banjo Nuts & Bolt instead to actually have goals and accomplishment and reward.
