The Last Of Us -_-

So I have seen tons of people on here glorifying TLOU like it’s the best game ever made.

I disagree on that but that is based entirely off of my opinion.

The Last Of US was definitely AAA material but it isn’t my type of game.

It was definitely fun and the story is probably the best you will see in a Post apocalyptic type of environment.

I saw this other post recently comparing Bioshock and TLOU.

WTF ?

Are you kidding me ?

Is that the extent you guys would go to ?

To show everyone how much better the TLOU story is than Bioshock games.

They are different.

You can’t compare the two.

What do you guys think ?

Bioshock 1-2-Infinite vs TLOU.

It’s stupid because it’s all a matter of opinion.

IMO, Bioshock games are the best shooters you will ever play.

TLOU wasn’t unique for me at least in terms of gameplay.

Bioshock lets you consume people with Bees, crows, you friggin’ name it.

It’s totally different.

But most of all

Dark Souls destroys TLOU by 10000000 to 1

The Last of Us is a great game. Its gameplay is fun when you're not around the Infected, its story is forgettable, and it looks pretty after the initial two hour slog.

Are there better games? Yeah. Do people have different opinions on the game? Yeah.

TLOU won most industry GOTYs from last gen, that makes it the GOAT of last gen.

If Neogaf was correct, TLOU is now holder of most GOTY's.

I wouldn't say that TLOU is the best game I've ever played, either, but it is still a fantastic game. I don't even think the Bioshock games or Demons/Dark Souls are good.

I didn't like the last of us that's probably because I'm not a big stealth gamer.

Over 200 game of the year awards. It's the game of the generation. Fact. Not opinion.

Honestly i think Bioshock Infinite is a much better game than the Last Of Us.I think it was just ok but nothing special.I finished once and don't feel like doing it again.

GTA V is the game of the generation for me.

The gameplay in TLOU was decent at it's best. With the lack of serious AI like they showed on the conference (that's just fake marketing). Plus all you get is a mediocre story. The multiplayer was okay.

TC literally made the argument "I don't like the Last of Us because I prefer games that aren't the Last of Us."

Funny that GS re-reviewed Bioshock Infinite and gave it a shit score but never gave TLOU a re-review.

So,should they re-review every game?

Of course not. Maybe just the big hitters of the year. Why only a select few? Why did Bioshock deserve to be Mc Shea'd?
