Have to admit i dont know a lot about the game but watching that video it reminds me massively of Jet Set Radio on the DC and later the original xbox.

I predict a 9 and it will be called pure unadulterated fun that outshines the bland gray story games and it will show that games don't have to be taken seriously. A breath of fresh air in a era of by the book AAA overhyped mediocrity.
