this game seems legitimately interesting and well done. what you do in the game even changes how the live action episode plays out...pretty impressive.

I look forward to hearing more, Remedy are great at pushing the boat out with mechanics in their chosen genres.

Instead of exploring the world to see what our choice have done to affect the world, we get cutscenes! I guess the target audience for Quantum Break are TV audience, like how the Xbone promote itself.

I hate TV thing but i love "what the consequences of your choice are."

This means what ever you do, every choice you make will make new timeline(story) like HEAVY RAIN

So is it a tv show or a movie that can be bought on bluray? Its 2014 and i still don't know.

The more I hear about this game the less interested I get. That tv show part sounds terrible and I can bet my life it's going to be incredibly cheesy with D-list actors. And the time manipulation powers seems like some sort of scripted event that has to take place.

Not just your regular cutscene, its live action real actors cutscenes.

As if things weren't weird enough.

Loved Heavy Rain, but I'm not a big fan of decisions and consequences and branching plots. Its more Autonomous yet oddly Passive (you role could be simply making the decision but not being able to carry it out).

This game looks really good and full of excitement. The developers are really creative. Now Xboners actually have something to hype about rather than Titanfall which isn't really an exclusive to X1. I remember the name 2 years ago, but haven't heard a thing about since. All I saw was the hype for Ryse and Titanfall.

This, Titanfall, Halo 5, and Fable Legends stand as the top 4 reasons I bought a Xbox One. Remedy is such a talented dev and their games are always very polished. This is ambitious as hell and I can't wait to play and watch it. A game and a full season of a TV show that alters because of the actions you take in the game... that's far more next gen to me than every game being 1080p. The experience looks next gen.

This and D4 are about the only two next-gen games I'm excited for on consoles.

The ideas behind this game don't sound like anything we got last gen, or the gen before, which is a huge plus for me.

Gameplay is TPS with Time Maniplulation, if they can get more than Prince Of Persias golden trio (Rewind, Bullet Time and Breaking the Time Space continuim for one hit kills) then maybe it just might work.
