Sony can't get it right with their protables can they (In the memory department anyway).
The Memory Stick Pro Duo prices were ridiculous when the PSP came out. I think 8 GB was $80 or something. So what the heck is Sony doing now?
They're still selling memory cards (Vita-exclusive ones at that) at prices that make getting anything above a 4GB unreasonable. The problem with it is though, these cards are small. About the size of an M2 or Micro SD. Both M2 and Micro SD are some of the cheapest cards available.
16 GB Memory Stick Pro Duo (Sandisk): $43.
16 GB M2 (Sandisk): $27.
So what is so special about these cards that makes a 4GB card almost the same price as a 16 GB M2?
