Im still undecided. I was going for the quad because of the battlefield comparison. But now I'm leaning x1 because I need a racer to play at launch because they last a long time and I need things to play during the post launch drought. Forza is looking real good right now..

Polygon also touched on the rumored PS4 connectivity issues in their Battlefield 4 review. Here is the quote.

"Regarding PS4, there were serious stability issues that repeatedly led

to crashes after multiplayer matches concluded. As the PS4 is still

more than two weeks away from its Nov. 15th launch date, it seems

premature to assume that this issue will not be resolved."

From what we've been hearing the issue isn't necessarily that Sony can't

fix it before launch but some developers can't wait because they need

to do QC before going gold, hence these delays.

I was wondering if the game was going to make it for launch. I could never find an official release date cited by the dev or publisher. Just goals to have it out by launch, nothing set in stone.

PLease remind me when EA has staggered a release between two consoles.

Amazon now lists the release date for both the PS4 and Xbox One versions as December 30th, which most likely is a placeholder. This could point to all versions of the game being delayed, most likely until Spring 2014.
