First, GT6 is a great game (although it has had some major updates). I may even prefer it to Forza 4.

Second, you pick a bland track and dim the GT6 graphics to try to make it look the same. Even then, Project Cars looks better in that video, even if you focus excluisvely on the car (which is the best looking part of GT6's graphics).

Also, some of the people at SMS worked for Blimey Games on GTR2, so there's a good chance the game will be epic!

Project Cars obviously looks better than GT6, but I agree that the difference isn't a huge leap. DriveClub looks much better than Project Cars.

The Car models may look good on GT5, but Project Cars just looks better in comparison.

Actually seeing some of the other project cars videos, it looks closer to drive club.

I will always say this though. consoles have always been good at making the small scale genres look good... that's about it.... given the age difference of both games... its hardly a good comparison.

Meanwhile within a years time you will have games like Star Citizen ... having that level of detail on destructable ships with their own gravity/physics people running around in them, on the field with 100+ at once ... and giant ships with lots of npc's inside....

Its gears of war GT all over again... a short "catchup" year for consoles... then all down hill from there. The Witcher 3 is low-mid on PS4 isn't it? Then by the time the next Elder Scrolls or Fallout comes along.. .the PC version will be ahead again with raw power and mods... hell even the upcoming GTA5.

enjoy that year of being anywhere close to equal I guess... then wait another 6-7 years for that same 15 minutes of fame.

It's crazy what PD does with 2005 hardware. I can't wait to see what they do on PS4. I wouldn't be surprised if they have full nascar races in GT7.

I love GT as much as the next man however Project Cars clearly is superior in every way apart from the sheer volume of cars in the game.

Personally im hyped up for PC, the sound alone is enough to get my juices flowing, its a HUGE improvement on GTs vacum cleaner sounds.

The car is the only good looking thing on the screen in GT6 and even that doesn't look as good.

Its a shame when a last gen game, GT6 has better physics than the next-gen Project cars despite running on last gen hardware.
