Wow... both almost identical apart form the sound, Project Cars sound i just far deeper and I don't have to use YouTube or Top Gear to notice to much better it sounds. Project Cars wins but only on sound and nothing else.

@lglz1337: The only thing that PJ Cars has a hard time beating is physics. Those are horrible physics for a car game. GT still has some decent physics. But other then that, PJCars looks way better.

I own the Beta of PCars and GT 5 on PS3, not 6 of course but you're only comparing an overall visual of the same simulated track and car from the rear perspective and nothing else. Real time physics? dynamic lighting? Volumetric clouds? Differences in rain effects?...actual 3d rendered trees and not 2d cutouts that angle to your viewpoint? Lets not even talk about textures and the fact that Pcars has working shocks..etc.

It's a race track, both were modeled to be as accurate as possible. Hardware has little to do with that since it doesn't take much power to render a 3d model of such tracks. I like GT series just fine and all but Polygonal has been working on GT 6, starting with GT 5 since what...2003? They took GT5 and improved upon it. Slightly Mad had to start from scratch in 2011 which just shows how much easier it is to create for x86 than the Cell with limited ram.

As I have actually played both (Pcars being Beta of course) I can honestly say from a driving perspective in each game I have that PCars is highly superior, especially with crashes, lighting and weather.

Digiprosts comparisons are normally pretty good, but this one is just terrible. He turned the exposure in Project CARS too high, the framerate sucks, and it doesn't even look like he's playing at max settings, could just be the shitty YT compression though.

pcars obviously beats gt6 hands down, but the gap is way smaller than it should be. driveclub rly does make it hard to view pcars in anything other than a negative light.

no one is saying that it doesn't but that the differences, at least on that video, are sooo very tiny that no one would believe that one version is running on a system that is at the very least like 5 times more powerful than the other and aiming for next-gen graphics. Then next to Driveclub the game looks like nothing impressive except for the replays, like the one @SteXmaN posted, where the game is obviously using higher assets than the ones in real-time. All racing games do that but it's funny that herms can eat it up while we, cows, are the mad people on this board for doing the same. This is why I say I like TC, because as a fakeboy he exposes that shit while you guys keep turning a blind eye.

Also keep ignoring my comparison screenshots. YT is generally shitty to compare graphics, the bitrate is so low that the much more detailed textures are simply lost.
