PC Gaming since 2004 vs rest of current gen consoles!!! Let's resolve this!!!

Ok, so you can vote for any of the three home consoles, the PC and the handhelds. The only catch is, you gotta back your vote up. I mean, simply saying 'teh Xboxx failz' and voting for the PS3 doesn't make much sense, nor does it lead to any enlightened discussion.

So please, be reasonable here.

Also, the Wii and the PSP are in the same slot because both have the (relatively) worst libraries this gen, so if you vote for Option # 5, please specify which one you DID vote for.

EDIT: Keep in mind that by PC, I refer to the PC as a platform after 2004. This means that if you feel that the PC's library has been lacking since 2004 compared to the other consoles listed, you probably shouldn't vote for it.

I have the sneaking suspicion that this poll is ever-so-slightly biased...

In my case, PC. Ever since got a capable PC my game backlog has increased by a ridiculous amount, and it just keeps getting bigger.

pc, mods, free games, best online, better graphics, highest rated library here on gamespot since 2005, great controls, good variety of games...

you can't resolve something once an for all, as it's according to the individual so we all have differing opinions which is why we are all here. i like consoles though, but the pc just offers more for me.

Its abit obvious that the PC wins this. its the only system to have unrestricted mod support, Tons of Indie games, and Free games aswell like Warock, Exteel, Rappel.

I voted 360 since i prefer gaming on a console. Still PC has the best lineup im sure.

PC by a long shot. It goes PC>PS3>DS>Xbox 360>PSP>Wii. IMO, of course.

Given I only own a Wii, a decent laptop and a DS, I'd have to say DS. The PC platform under serves in my favorite genres: JRPGs, platformers and action titles like God of War. RenegadeSynapse

yeah the ds always get's praised here. it doesn't get mentioned like the 360/ ps3 but people talk highly of it and rarely bash it.

the pc if your talking about all time.but this gen its definetly the 360. i know this is cowspot.as you can see on the poll. but if were just talking pure "numbers". then the 360 beats the ps3.no questions asked.just look at metacritic and gamerankings.

Lets resolve it when this gen is over.;)
