Nope. It's 3rd behind MH3 Ultimate and Lego City Undercover.

Thats only because its a older launch game, to be fair MH3 Ulitimate and Lego City Undercover are exclusives. WiiU owners look at those as games they can play exclusively on WiiU, so they sell decent but still wont sell great.

 

LOL COD: BO2 bombed on WiiU, that just proves WiiU does not have 3rd party hardcore fans again.

If I wanted to buy this game at full price I would have bought it for PS3 or my 360 when I had it back when it released. I just don't have much interest in racers in any form save Mario Kart. :? That being said, I've heard good things about Most Wanted and the demo I tried back before the game first released was crazy fast and fun. It may warrant a purchase when it is down to $40, and if I get this game I'll make sure to purchase new.

I do care about getting third-party games on the system but if I don't enjoy a genre or a game series I'm not going to spend my money and time just to support third-parties.

Well, I think that COD: BO2 is just a bad game. Also, I don't think a whole lot of casual gamers are going to drop $300+ on a video game console. Most Wii U owners probably also have an Xbox 360 or PS3 and if they bought BO2, they probably got it on the system their friends have. I personally am not going to purchase a multiplat game on the Wii U if there is a superior PC version available. I think 3rd party exclusives will do just fine, though.

Yeah, maybe if those Nintendo fans would just go out and buy this NFS game in droves, Nintendo would put Origin on their console and we could all play EA's blockbuster titles like John Madden Football, Bioware Bastardization 3 (online connection required), and Dead Space 4. All complete with Microtransactions and registration codes so you can't sell your game!

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Old Nintendo games have incredible resale value. Heck, the Gamecube was a total flop, yet the cheapest used copy of Wind Waker on Amazon is $44 right now. Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn for the Wii is selling for $62 used.

It really does look terrible. I love The Walking Dead TV show and the Telltale games are good, but that Activision game is worthless cash grab if I have ever seen one.

The Wii U's Walking Dead game would be the surprise game of the year if it gets a 7.5. The Wii U's games worth hyping are Bayonetta 2, Pikmin 3, Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem, and that Monolith game.
