Nvidia does not have information on any possible PC version of GTA5

UPDATE: Nvidia's European PR manager Ben Berraondo has issued Eurogamer with the following statement - it appears mentioning GTA5 was an error.

• "Please note, during our Thursday's earnings call, our investor relations team provided a list of important games that gamers are looking forward to on PC this fall, and included Grand Theft Auto 5 on that list.
• "This statement was made with the intent of expressing enthusiasm for the games industry in general, and was not intended to represent specific knowledge possessed by Nvidia. Nvidia does not have information on any possible PC version release of Grand Theft Auto or its availability. We deeply regret the error."

There is going to be a PC version but not until at least six months after the release of the Console versions, most likely. 

This probably just means that they where hit by the choice of saying in was a big mistake or getting fined from the NDA they would have signed.

i just watched your youtube vids. they are quite amusing.

anyway, games like Civ V, Dota, Starcraft and any online shooter shits all over consoles. but yeah, i bet Little Big Planet is pretty awesome too lol.

I think Nvidia spilled the beans a little too early and is covering their own a** just in case of some legal problems. I have such a large backlog of PC games to play after the Steam Summer sale that I'm not dying to play it so quickly anyways. If it comes to PC great, if it doesn't oh well. I will be playing BF4 come Oct 29th in all it's beautiful glory while the consolites fight over buying a new system at the stores if they're even released by the 29th. Ha ha I can't wait to see how many idiots pay almost a grand to pick up a next gen system on Ebay around Christmas time; it'll be hilarious :roll:
