Damn, if true the NeoBore doesn't even hold a candle to the new Xbox One S. It looks like Neo is going to flop before it is even released. No Man's Neo.
Yeah I feel the same way. If true, it look functional. But man did they sacrifice some looks. But I'd rather have a weird looking console that doesn't melt.
Also, to be fair, I'd rather my console look like this Neo sketch than a subwoofer box from a flea market.

5: Rear power socket and a conventional power socket PS4 is completely different (to several times).

So it apparently weighs more than the vanilla Xbox One, and its using a "different" (aka, likely three pronged) power supply. (both the PS4 and OGbone use 2 pronged). Also, dont current FCC regulations stipulate that it has to have a power draw below 250w, or else they're required to give it a three pronged power supply, instead of two? That would mean this machine has a max power draw greater than 250w (im aware "max" power draw doesnt mean thats what it will run at, or that it will get anywhere near that necessarily, as PS4/Bone dont go anywhere near their max)
It'll be funny as hell if the Neo ends up being physically bigger than the OG Bone, which it sounds like from these rumors. We just might be looking at another VCR/minivan with this next machine. An eraser shaped VCR. Or minivan.

I'm in the same crew as @Heil68 I don't really care what my console looks like. I don't spend my time staring at it.
Yeah the keyboard pricing is like their Vita memory card move LOL. Surface is the beast but the peripherals are priced disgustingly.

On a more serious note, if the rumor about it weighing a lot pans out, this thing either has a ps3-esque cooling solution for some reason or it must have a slot for 3.5 drives. That is sexy in its own way.

I'm with Heil. That Halo 5 is nice looking. The Gears S is my favorite but I wasn't waiting until October to trade up.
@ProtossRushX: I'm likely the last person on earth to ask this question. Some consoles that people are ga-ga over in SW look atrocious and basic to me. Then again, the looks of a console on a whole ranks somewhere in importance to me somewhere between the color of the power button and how long is the cord that comes with the controller.
In short, we stick it somewhere and barring a move, flood, or annual cleaning, the effing thing doesn't move or even gets barely touched. So, I share no such preoccupation with the looks or elegance of consoles. The last good looking console in my opinion was the original ps3 with chrome details.
When I see people go out of their way to stand these things vertically to show them off, I think they are mental.
Looks to be the same source that leaked sketches of the Slim a while back, so this is highly legitimate. Here is a mockup done by a 3d artist for reference sake. That looks like a LOT of air porting if you axe me ;)

Saw this earlier. A few Youtubers are claiming Neo is being pushed to 2017. Maybe they really were shook by the scorpio announcement and want more tinkering time. LOL
Imagine if it looks this bad and Sony calls it their "premium" product. lol looks like some MADE IN CHINA garbage from aliexpress, nothing premium at all.
The only reason why the NEO would be bigger than the OG PS4 is if they are overclocking the crap out of the APU and thus needed a bigger cooling solution. Based on the leaked specs the TDP shouldn't be any higher than the OG PS4 as they are switching from 28nm to 16nm APU.
