just watched a twitch stream for that horror teaser on the PS4 and it turned out to be an announcement for "Sillent Hills" with the dude out of walking dead in it...
If it's a 3rd Party IP, then I doubt it is exclusive. I believe this is a Konami IP, therefore I don't believe it's exclusive or will remain exclusive for very long.

No, no. PT refers literally to "Playable Teaser". It's a demo for the new Silent Hill (which was named "Silent Hills" in the teaser).

Oh man the thought of Silent Hill returning to its former, way better than that dog trash of a horror series Resident Evil (Resident Evil 4's excellence noted) glory, would make me so happy.
Want this game to succeed and be up to snuff with the great Silent Hill games (1,2, and 3), not the trash of the series (4, 5, Downpour, Shattered Memories, etc)
Horror games are rarely every scary. They're boring. I can't even remember the last Horror game I actually enjoyed. They're predictable and most rely on jump scares and "ooooh look at this gory thing" type of bullshit. No thanks

That's not correct though, that's "fake info" Sony did in order to create the surprise (though it might help suggest that it is indeed an exclusive; doubt Sony would go to such lenghts for a regular multiplat). In the PT demo it clearly shows that it's being made by Kojima Productions.
Konami's been hesitant to touch Silent Hill in recent years, wouldn't surprise me if they arranged a co-development deal.

Silent Hill 2 does not rely on jump scares.
I think I played part of that one. I dont remember. I've played some of the silent hill games but like most horror games i can't even get to the end before getting bored. Horror games just do nothing for me. Never have.
@Kaze_no_Mirai: PS4 only, plus it might be restricted to some stores. Maybe give it a couple of hours? Dunno. Or maybe try to download it from a different PSN store.
Yeah I checked it on my PS4. I guess I'll just look for it a bit later.
