I just realized: Zoey (L4D) is a rip off of Clair Redfield (RE)

no im not bashing anyone or screaming "teh copy them" or anything

but I could help but noticed how similar Zoey is to Clair

Zoey: (first appearence: L4D 2008)

- fights infected zombies and monsters

-same cloths

Clair: (first appearance: RE2 1998)

- College Student

- Red hair

All the characters of Left4Dead are cliches from movies and other video games. It is trying to be like the cliche zombie movie.

Have you ever looked at Zoeys face? She's scared out of her mind. She always has these extremely large eyes that, aside from telling you "I want you now" they also tell you "I want to get the heck out of here! I hope these big strong men save me!".

You know come to think of it I've seen her eyeing Francus now and then. But with a name like Francis I'm sure Zoey would have nothing to do with him. Personally I think her a Louis should get together. Imagine the lovely zombie-killing babies they'd have.

This is kind of turning into a "who is the hawter character" thread.

Also, I much prefer Zoey. Better voice actress.

That's kinda the point of Left 4 Dead. It kinda pays homage to everything in the zombie horror genre in movies and video games. That's why each campaign ("No Mercy", "Death Toll", "Dead Air", "Blood Harvest") plays off as individual episodes equiped with their own film posters and credits.Nerd_Man
