:) I got to ask, is the Wii as much fun as it looks? It looks like a lot of gamers look down at it like it's meant for young gamers (like 12 year olds) ... but I think the control system looks so cool, and I'm 31???  

I was entertained.  I'd say that's an achievement?  An important part of being alive is to have "fun".. which is different for everybody, so don't be ignorant.

Also, it gives me another thing to be passionate about.  Passion is another important human trait.

I really enjoy playing the Wii and when the games are done well it does improve the control scheme well, Zelda was great and Red Steel showed us how well FPS could be done (albeit riddled with bugs).  The Wii really shines in multiplayer though and its great for getting the wife to play with you (no innuendo intended honest).

I think you will find a lot of the gamers claiming the Wii is for 12 year olds may well be 12 themselves, because Im 26 and its great fun, not competition but an alternative to what the 360 and PS3 offer.
