Poll Gamecon been a big seedy shit stain? (13 votes)

Yes 38%
No 62%

Usually Gamecom has typically been about new games. A positive experience. Much of it indie focused. From reading the news, it seems to primarily consist of

A) We are talking away your Indie game for X weeks, because Sony gave us money

B) We are talking away your game (Tomb Raider) even though we love and respect fans, but **** you.

Has this been worse than E3? Has the greed caused the entire event to go down the gutter?

Yep. Gamescom was traditionally about the PC space, new interesting games, indies and even console AAA.

The consoles done fucked it up. It's now a war zone as the two bumbling idiots battle each other to the death, games and fans strewn about in their wake.

Instead of being excited, I'm just worried about who else Sony or Microsoft are going to money-hat next.

My friend, I couldn't agree with your post more if I tried. Gamecom was a little indie pc thing, now this year, all i'm seeing is exclusive and timed exclusive bullshit. Not only on AAA games but indie games.

The whole thing was just a big streak of pish missing the pan.

Whoever sets these events up should reevaluate it. As it's now basically, E3 2.0.

Lesser interesting version of E3. But any news is good news anymore.
