Looks great. I hope it comes out over here, but since NoA likes to just sit on their ass and do absolutely nothing it probably won't.

It barely looks like a PS3 game.

Unless this game is downright terrible, I see no reason why Nintendo would hold this back. Wii-U needs diverse software and this fits.

I just hope there's no game breaking bugs (which is what happened with Fatal Frame IV) and possible feuds between parties this time.

The fear of getting wet being a key part of this (to be supported by a lot of damp areas) could be pretty interesting. Hope this will actually come to NA.

I hope they release this outside Japan, and hopefully not like Crimson Butterfly on the Wii release it in Europe but not North America. The Wii U certainly needs games and if they only need to localize this to get another game on the market it'd be stupid of them not to. Anyhow, I'm excited. Hope it doesn't take forever to localize if they do release it outside Japan. They should have shot for a worldwide release, this would be a perfect Halloween horror game to pick up.

The outdoor environments do seem weird, but being she didn't have the camera I'm wondering if that's just the intro. I'll hold off judgment until we the game's scary indoor environments.

The character models make it look like Tecmo is using the DOA5 engine, which was for the PS360.

Anyway, the trailer looks promising, with an eery, scary vibe to it. I doubt they'd localize it though, considering how the fourth game (directed by Suda 51) was never released outside of Japan.

1 more game goes into the checklist for when I buy a WiiU. I'm wondering since they're repacking Bayonetta 1 with the new one, hopefully they should repack the other games for the WiiU. I'd already have them if Sony released the fuckers on EU PSN.

man I'm totally expecting a Direct where Iwata, Bill Trenton, or Reggie will come up and say that This Fatal Frame is State Bound and Fatal Frame 2 and 4 will be available to download exclusively on the eShop.

But IF they localize it and sent it out over here, I hope they stick to having English subtitles, while retaining the japanese voices. I never liked dubbed movies, and while I know it is a game, I fear the results might be as cringeworthy as some of those Voice actors in the persona games, most of the time the voices rarely fits person in the game very well.

I can't wait until it doesn't get localized.

No they aren't. They're suppose to look scary and unnerving. Many horror games have beautiful art direction.

Do they mean the god awful live action Resident evil? Those movies suck on two levels. One being a game movie and other being a zombie movie.
