Call of Duty: MW 2 POLL (Purchase Related)

Just wanted to get a general consesus as to which system you all were going to get the game for and why.

I'll be asking for it on the 360, but I'm not going to buy it, considering that I only play SP on CoD games.

The top one since I think the 360s hardware failures and nickle and diming of MS made me switch to PS3 and E-by that PoS.

erm, why isn't PC an option? I personally won;t be getting this. Like all the other rehashes ( looking at you FIFA, Madden, Pro Evo, etc etc), they bore me to death. Sick of this type of FPS too. More games like STALKER please.

None. I did not even get Call of Duty 4. I knew it was a rehash before its release (don't believe me?, check my posting history). And Waw and MW2 are no different. Each one is a release of Call of Duty 2 with new paint. Each one is plagued by poor design choices and terribly balanced gimmicky perks.

360 rental for the single player.

Probably 360 because I have more friends on live than I do on psn. I dunno though, maybe if a special offer comes out for one or the other...I don't really know, they'll both be basically the same game.

Actually yeah. Almost definately 360, it has the better controls for shooters imo.

I'm getting it for the Xbox 360.

It's an online only game for me pretty much so XBOX 360 without question.

I second that..but hardly. It most certainly isn't a 1st day buy for me.

Might pick it up for late December or somthin'.

None until the game is down to $20, it's real worth.

This thread is just gonna be (or already has become) an anti-Activision, Modern Rehash, shove my opinion on Activision down your throats thread anyway.

We need a MW2/Activision Hate sticky.

I'm going to pass on COD:MW2 this time around... Might pick it up when I can find it for real cheap used PS3 version...

Getting it for XBox 360 because all my friends will be playing it on the XBox 360. Most of my friends do not even own a PS3.

No way I'm buying it for 60 bucks on my PC, not a chance in hell.
