Bowser= worst villain ever

I just dont understand why Bowser is feared in the Mario universe. In other game universes, Bowser would be a little b**** compared to Liquid Snake or especially Sephiroth. He is weak as hell and super weak, it surprises me that hes been able to capture Peach all those times.

Bowser = lame

Bowser = fail

He's a giant fire-breathing turtle in a platformer game, hes not supposed to be as feared as the two guys you mentioned.

No he doesn't have a mech-transformation, but he is properly motivated, insightful, and provocative.

On topic though, yes, Bowser is quite bad as a villian, but it's a curse of tradition, they can't get rid of Bowser, he's iconic.

Try eating mushrooms, make a living off of collecting coins, and facing hordes of mushrooms. You'd be scared of a large turtle too. orazinac

Sephiroth is still a pretty big badass. Don't forget all of the Nibelheim Massacre victims and what he did to the midgar zolem.

I always prefer Magus from Chrono Trigger and Ramsus from Xenogears, but Kefka's still pretty cool.

bowser is legend. Maybe he isnt as good as a villain cause he aint super violent or "cool". but he has his own charm. like the fact that he still doesnt win. but at least he always comes back.

Neither Kefka or Sephiroth were even remotely scary. Especially Kefka. He IS the comic relief of FF6.

Now try thinking of the actual concept. Not the pictures, but the concept of the character. Spiked collars on shoulders, wrists elbows ankles, knees, and around his neck. Huge curving horns, and a long spiked tail. A massive shell covered in razor sharp spikes, with bloodshot eyes, and able to breath fire. As a concept, I think he's about as scary as it gets.

I'm not saying he's violent, he's actually shown to be quite benevolent. I'm just saying that the concept for Bowser's actual appearance is really intimidating.

came kinda late if you ask me. But im not sure. kids sure love the "badass" characters. in fact, kids think they are much cooler cause they got guns or swords or move like they are on steroids. kids probably love em more than poor bowser is always loses.

but bowser teaches a good lesson. never give up even when you never win. and jack money from people while they party. now that is badass :D

Last time I checked, kids didn't kill anyone who remotely stood in their way, stabbed people who were praying, came quite close to becoming a god, murdered chocobos, exploited the darkness of the earth to ride as a vessel upon the cosmos, and tried to steal the keyblade. Twice. Calling Sephiroth an emo kid with a sword is an understatement, and I'm pretty sure we'd all be afraid if a pale silver haired man with a 9 foot nodachi started stalking thruogh your house with a no trace of emotion on his face.

And Sephiroth doesn't need an army; all he needs is Reunion

Liquid Snake, maybe but he'd hide that fear with arrogance like he did Solid Snake. Sephiroth; Not so much, he hasn't shown one trace of fear period.
