I think to console standards MAG will do well in reviews because such a large scale game on consoles is almost unheard of. Battlefield is guarenteed to be AAA
hmm his name is battlefield3 and he is level one. and well this post its talking about how battlefield 3 will be better than mag. i dont think anyone will persuade him. but imo mag will be a better game
Battlefeild 3 will destroy it, there's no competition. Battlefield 2 project reality mod is the best game out right now imo. Not sure if I'm even going to buy mag.
Yeah, compare a game 2 years from now to a current game. I think I'll play MAG until that day comes. And maybe even then, a MAG 2 will come out and crush Battlefield 3.:D Hey, who knows? Not that I really care, though.:P
BF3 will own "Massively average game", even if BF3 has a 80 player cap the gameplay will be far more smooth and satasifying than MAG, If BF3 is anything like 2 was MAG will be destroyed out of the gate.

Yall BF boys sure is on the defense in this thread. Before yall go about claiming ownage on MAG, just realize that there really haven't been a really successful BF on next-gen consoles that was a port from the PC. Bad Company was a console exclusive, and while that was a great game, BF2 wasn't, at least not on consoles.

Im really in awe because of the fact that people are actually argueing and defending 2 games that arent even out yet, 1 of which has no info what so ever released on it yet. System wars never fails to amuse me.
Can we just wait for the games to be released? For all we know BF3 could just tank. I remember after Twisted Metal 2 I thought TM series was untouchable, then BAM I heard development was passed off to 989 studios and next thing I know, we were all playing TM3 which sucked harder than a...*inappropriate analogy* . Ever since that day, I've said to myself, Any game (unless its God of War related :x ) can always turn out bad.
DICE is a much better developer than Zipper, so yes BF3 will be better than MAG. Im buying both, though.

Agreed. Both are great developers, though. I'm still mad at DICE for their lack of dedicated servers in BF:BC and the fact that cynical team killers run wild in that game, though.

Have you played Battlefield 2 (The PC version)? If not then you wouldn't understand why it is called one of the greatest FPS ever made. There's an equation in SW that everyone seems to follow: PC + FPS = Crysis WHY are u straying from the norm?
I'm not saying that BF3 will destroy MAG, but honestly, what makes MAG so special and hype-worthy? I don't see how 256 players in one game will be any more fun than say, 32 players. You probably won't be fighting 128 players at the same time ANYWAYS. The graphics are really sad for this generation; it makes me cry. People say that the squad thing is innovative, but it has been done on all BF games. What else is there left? I'd like to be more informed plz.

i know, but, the way they have it is, your not fighting in 1 spot, its over a very large map, and meaning that you never get to fight with 128 people at once, you play with like 30 people. its like in battlefield, when someone on the team needs help you can go to help them no matter what, in MAG you cant, so
