Are we still waiting for the Xbone final devkits?

I was informed by Xbox fanboys that the reason it can't run games on par with PS4 is because devs didn't have their hands on final devkits.

This was back in January, So is that still the case or is 720P the norm for Xbone and Xbox360 ?

Common sense would say its a trend....

The devkits are updated via software through cloud technology.

Hey, not my issue a double standard exists. If the Xbox One not running 1080p annoys you, then the PS3 launching at $600 should forever taint its reputation since it couldn't even hit 720p all the time. If 1080p is so important, then the PS4 should be getting shit on because it can't run all games at 1080p and none at 4K.

TLOU is a damn 720p game on a console where 720p native games scarce hell on a generation where most games were sub HD,that include the xbox 360 since day 1 with Perfect dark Zero since day 1 which was sub HD,now if the last of us was 480i then you could complain because that was the resolution of the PS2,but it wasn't the xbox one is running games at the resolution the 360 was running them or close to.

1. cloud 4k

2. cpu and gpu overclocked for massive performance boost

3. dx12 offers 2x the performance

4. 1080p does not matter

5. 720p upconverted to 1080p is the same quality as native 1080p
