Edit* I saw Mario and I thought you where talking about Paper Mario but you where actually talking about Mario Party 8 and then I will agree with you there even though Mario Party 8 will be fun it is a old series, they should start adding a year after the title because they make them every year maybe people would have a better impression if it was called Mario Party 2007 instead of Mario Party 8?

I'm pretty sure all of those games are coming out before June and what do you mean nothing other than Forza will sell. Mass Effect will definitely sell. Probably better than Forza. Have you ever seen a BioWare game for the Xbox not sell? I'm not even pro 360 and even I know that.

Brainage has currently sold 8.51 million units, that's more than halo 2 by about half a million, and has been out for a much shorter time span.

Please try your comparrisons again, only this time realising how big some of those games can sell.

Yeah... that's now & June.  Before that though it was utterly crap with the exception of Zelda.  And i have to laugh at how some people either say their better or bigger selling games and there not even out yet or hardly anyone has played them.

No, both games are using nearly identical sales strategies.  It's not really about selling multiple editions of the game to the same customer, although they benefit quite a bit from that.  It's about the fact that no-one wants to buy a football game with last year's roster, and no-one wants to buy last year's party game.  Keeping the releases current is what brings in new customers to these franchises and keeps them healthy.
