As long as Crysis 3 doesn't have proper PBR throughout the entire game, the lighting, reflection, texture and shading will never look as realistic as a game coded with full PBR in mind.

Can you post some screenshots of the player immersed in water (eg swimming or wading) or is GG still continuing its tradition of fearing water.

There's no water levels or much of water environment in SF, the game is highly industrial and metropolitan locale based unlike KZ3.

Do you even know what PBR is? Or why it's even used?

Going by your lack of knowledge about real-time graphics, I wouldn't be surprised if you do not know. You just hype up everything a console game has and degrade everything that your console game doesn't have.

@gpuking:

Still poor lod distance, everything that's slightly far away is blurry and has lost a lot of detail. Notice how much detail the textures has lost right were the sight is and further up the hill it's much worse. KZSF should have much better lod distance, especially when considering the relatively small areas rendered by the engine. And some AF couldn't hurt as well.

And what's up with the character shadow, it looks really flat and out of place with all the light sources around. Crysis 3's lightning is on a whole other level.

Maybe it's time for cows to sweep KZSF under the rug.

Considering the Ps4 doesn't have the specs to run Crysis 3 top end i would say that Cows are seriously deluded.

Crysis 3 DX 11 high end >>>>>>>>>>>KZF:SF in the technical graphics department.

mild overclock? jesus you rly are dense

Card is stock at 1000Mhz so it's only a 15% overclock which is LOW! With decent cooling and extra voltage They can hit 1250Mhz+

So yes, a 15% overclock is mild.

Stay mad

the baseclock is not 1000, its 850 with a boost up to 925. and several official reviews couldnt even get the card past 1100 mhz. any 7950 running at 1150 mhz is going to be very close to the top of what you can expect. thats like calling a 1200 effective ingame clock on a 780ti a mild overclock.

@miiiiv do you even know what tessellation is?

ummm what he said is correct. do you know what the purpose of PBR is?

My old 7950 was a MSI Twin Frozr Boost Edition and it was stock clocked at 1000Mhz.

Most reviews get to 1100Mhz without touching the voltage, the cards fly when you give them more volts and water cool them.

I had my GTX780 to 1300Mhz and could of gone higher if I gave it more voltage.

when you have to use watercooling with extreme voltages its no longer a mild overclock. also, id imagine less than 1% of all 780s will hit 1300 mhz without extreme cooling.

Lmao.. Water cooling is not 'extreme' cooling, especially as my 1300Mhz 780 was cooled by an all in one water cooler that cost £75..... And pretty much every GTX780, Titan, 780ti and Titan Black will do 1300Mhz+ with the custom BIOS's that are available, takes literally less then 5 minutes to turn your card into a monster.

You don't seem very informed when it comes to over clocking.
