They would be better, look at their record when Kobe was not playing due to injury compared to their record when Kobe was playing.

My favorite player= Mike Conley Jr.

On my team, Al Jefferson. Young beast with every post move in the book, beautiful hook shot, and a nose for rebounds. He's only going to get better and I love his personality.

Rest of the league, probably Steve Nash. Stone cold killer, makes teammates better, kept improving his game every year to become the best PG in the league. Real down to earth, seems like a good guy to hang out with. Tayshaun Prince and Luol Deng are up there as well.

It's hard to find a new favorite NBA player because Reggie Miller and Dream are gone. I liked Paul Millsap this past year because he's extremely committed on rebounding and hustle plays; he occasionally has that WTF, how did that work play. I also like Varejao because he's a puppy on the floor and does the dumbest things. I loved it when he took that most-likely ill-advised three and that potential game winner in the finals. The guy is hilarious.

I look forward to Greg Oden, he was really amusing in college. I loved watching Joakim Noah and crew this past year at UF. Most likely my favorites would be this incoming draft class, there's a lot to like here.
