Mines £55.00 on Beowulf when I bought my PlayStation 3. It still hurts to look at it.

Just last week, $60......but it was more than one game and a decent deal at BestBuy:
At least I got 1 great game and 2 crappy ones for free. In total....4 games for $60.
I almost never buy games at full price. And rarely buy them at a Best Buy.
"NASCAR 2011" on tuesday of this very week, I paid $60. It's the first game I've ever bought at-launch for my PS3. Everything else has been $20 or under. I'm a relative late-comer to the system so I have lots of cheap stuff to catch up on! I love bargain shopping for games and finding rare-bird resales... It's a hobby within a hobby for me.

Ouch.
For me, it's rather embarassing. I got Fallout 3 GOTYE for $40.00. Bought a copy for my friend for $30.00 and kept it after realizing I had lost my copy.
So that damn game has cost me $70.00 so far and I haven't even played it yet. Sigh.
On the flip side I bought Disney Sing Pop Hits at Wal-Mart for $1.00 and traded it in at EB games for $30.00 when I picked up MvC3 - so it all works out in the end.
£40 is the most ive spent on a single game,i usually by pre owned games unless its a game i really want then i get it at launch date.
haha i still can't post without laughing about Beowulf... and for me i'd probably say all of my games: $100 bucks each in NEW ZEALAND...
-$99.99 Grand Turismo 5 Collectors Edition
-$59.99 Castlevania Lords of Shadow Limited Edition.
Other than that I've probably never paid over $50, if I get a "full price" game it's typically with a "gaming coupon" or with some $20 pre-order gift card bonus that I use towards other games. Usually I stick with the $19.99 or less older games, but lately I've been getting a few more brand new games.
Most recently I got DeadSpace 2 for £38.97, & I must say, its the best value new game I've ever bought. Forth consecutive play-through, thats unheard of in this house. Saying that, San Andrea rattled up over a 200 hours of gameplay with mates & that cost £45 back in 2003/4 ish.
$120 for DJ Hero. I'm thinking about going back to Gamestop on Friday to get DJ Hero 2 (with the turntable) since it'll be on sale for $30.
Uncharted 2 I spend £42 and it wasn't the collectors edition it was just the standard edition. I only spent that much on it because I wanted it a day before the UK release.
$60 for Bayonetta with pre-order bonuses from a UK site.
...and then $60 for the Xbox version, just to get the UK pre-order bonus from a different site.
(Both pre-order bonuses were basically the climax edition that was sold in New Zealand, but way cheaper.)
...and then again for $20 on Xbox because the UK Xbox version I got wasn't compatible with the Xbox I had just gotten, and I wanted to play the better version of the game.
So yeah, about $140+ on Bayonetta.
Totally worth it.
