Mine is Uncharted - although I have only played the demo of killzone 2 as yet. Uncharted is great because the storyline is very easy to follow (unlike MGS), cutscenes are just about right, the graphics are still one of the best. I like the environments, gameplay is good and overall its a very good game. The only negatives for me are that it wont last that long in comparison to an online game which you can play endlessly, also the 'zombie' thing at the end - would prefer to keep it realistic.
I have to go with Metal Gear Solid 4, I love that whole series. Second would probably be Killzone 2, but I also really enjoyed Resistance 2, Little Big Planet, Uncharted, and Heavenly Sword. If you count Ninja Gaiden Sigma, then that too.
