Should I buy a 3D tv just for PS3?

I want to upgrade my 32' 720p to to either a 42' 1080p or Vizio 32' 3D 1080p both are about $500. I really want to know is 3D worth it from someone who has a 3D tv that they use with PS3? I don't have a lot of money since I recently just graduated from college but I can barely afford this thanks!

AMEN!!! Toshiba was supposed to release a glasses-free 3D television last year but I guess it got delayed. If you have to get a tv now I'd go with a Samsung LED. They have the best picture by far. I work for the cable company so I see HDTV's all day, everyday.

real glasses free 3D tech is years from now.
