A. because its already an established title,

B. the chimera are still taking over the world, the humans still aren't winning yet.

maybe for teh 3rd game they'll change it, but who knows.

I can almost guarentee you this isn't the actual box art. Also, I really hope they don't call it Rise of Man. They've already said it probably won't be called that and it just sounds stupid.
